Introduction to the Production Process of Large-scale Flanges

The maintenance of production equipment for large-scale flanges takes precedence, with repair work serving as a supplementary function. Regular, planned partial disassembly and inspection of the equipment are carried out. Specified parts are cleaned, channels and pipelines are unclogged, oil lines and oil filters are replaced or cleaned, and the fit clearances between various components of the large-scale flange equipment are adjusted. Loose bolts are tightened, and any bolts found to be unusable are promptly replaced. Routine maintenance is typically performed once a month.

In contrast, large-scale maintenance primarily involves repair technicians, with specific operators participating as well, and is included in the monthly equipment overhaul plan. This major maintenance focuses on the repair and inspection of key components of the large-scale flange equipment, replacing worn-out parts, and refurbishing the electrical components. The precision of critical local positions is restored to meet the minimum requirements for processing parts. It is not feasible to simply operate the equipment without providing proper maintenance. Only by combining usage with maintenance and repair can the large-scale flange equipment better serve the factory's needs.
